Body posture

The objective is to achieve an aligned and tension-free posture to make all muscles, tendons and joints work in harmony, thus activating the correct functioning of the kinetic chain. The breath has to be slow, subtle, smooth, long and matches the movement in order to achieve the proper circulation of the Qi and get all the benefits of the practice.
