Body posture
Correct body posture is essential so the Qi can circulate freely throughout the meridians of the body. The objective is to achieve an aligned and tension-free posture to make all muscles, tendons and joints work in harmony, thus activating the correct functioning of the kinetic chain. With practice, we will get a strong, agile and supple body.
Breath
The breath has to be slow, subtle, smooth, long and matches the movement in order to achieve the proper circulation of the Qi and get all the benefits of the practice.
Spirit
Our attention must be focused on what we are doing, so the exercise becomes a meditation in motion. Where the Yi ( Intention) goes, the Qi goes and where the Qi goes, the blood flows nourishing every cell of the body.
