Yi Jin Jing Qigong – Level 1
In Chinese yi means “change”, jin means “tendons and sinews”, while jing means “methods”. It is an intense form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the muscles and tendons, promoting strength and flexibility, speed and stamina, balance and coordination.
These exercises were created by Bodhidharma in the 5th century to improve physical condition and are used in Shaolin training.
In this workshop you will learn 6 movements of the sequence:
Wei Tuo I, II and III presenting the pestle, Plucking stars on each side, Pulling nine cows by their tails and Displaying claws and spreading wings.
Yi Jin Jing Qigong – Level 2
In level 2 you will learn the rest of the sequence:
Nine gods drawing swords, Placing 3 plates on the floor, Black dragon shows its claws, Tiger jumping on its prey, Bowing down in salutation, Swinging the tail.
